Diversity Roundtable - December 2021 (Part 1 of 2)

Attendees discussed the signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression, cultural barriers to seeking help for mental health issues, and strategies and tools that can help us cope individually and as a community.  Intentionally planned during the busy holiday season, we wanted to make sure that our community had tools and strategies to focus on what's really important and nurtures them and the people they love.  Click here for a Padlet of resources.
